Your Privacy Matters
LevelPanel understands that ordering lab tests is a personal and sometimes sensitive decision. We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of every person who uses our service.
LevelPanel is not a laboratory and does not process lab samples. All testing is performed by CLIA-certified laboratories (Quest Diagnostics and LabCorp), which are covered entities under HIPAA.
What We Do and Do Not Access
LevelPanel facilitates the ordering process. We collect the minimum personal information necessary to place a lab order on your behalf.
- We do NOT access, store, or retain your lab test results.
- Lab results are delivered directly to you by the testing laboratory through their secure patient portal.
- LevelPanel does NOT share your personal information with insurance companies, employers, or any third party, except as required to fulfill your lab order or as required by law.
What Information We Collect
- Name and contact information (to process your order)
- Payment information (processed securely; we do not store credit card numbers)
- Test selections and order history
- Website usage data via cookies and analytics (see our Cookie Policy for details)
Your Rights
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time.
- You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

HIPAA and Lab Testing
The laboratories that perform your tests (Quest Diagnostics and LabCorp) are HIPAA-covered entities. They maintain their own Notice of Privacy Practices, which governs how your protected health information (PHI) is used and disclosed.
LevelPanel is not a HIPAA-covered entity. However, we voluntarily adopt privacy practices that align with HIPAA principles to protect your information.
